Consists of Qigong practices and
traditional Yang style form.
The aim of the practice is to build stamina with deep peace and contentedness.
Master Yoga Class
Open for practitioners who are familiar with the Yoga practice of Vinyasa, Asana and Pranayama, who are ready to take their practice to the next level. The class will include: Holding postures for a long duration of time, combinations of postures and Pranayama, concentration techniques (Dharana) and energy locks (Bhandas)
